Description

Also known as Panax ginseng, this adaptogen is traditionally used to increase energy in periods of fatigue and debility. Supports physical and mental performance as well as blood sugar regulation.

Suggested Use

Recommended Use: Used as an adaptogen to reduce the negative effects of stress. Helps increase energy levels. Reduces mental fatigue.

Recommended Dose:(ORAL) ADULTS ONLY: Take 1 capsule 2 times per day with meals. DURATION OF USE: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if you have hypertension, acute illness, have unstable hormone cycles, or are currently on a stimulant; or are taking Ephedra-containing supplements. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking anticoagulant / antiplatelet drugs; are diabetic; or are suffering from Schizophrenia or cardiovascular disease.

Contra-Indications:Do not use if you have hypoglycemia; are pregnant or breastfeeding; are suffering from any bleeding disorders or seizures; are taking immunosuppressive medications; or have hormone sensitive conditions. Do not use prior to surgery. Discontinue use if you experience gastrointestinal upset, headaches, dizziness, palpitations, constipation, or allergic reactions. Contains NO dairy, egg, artificial preservatives, colours, yeast, artificial sweeteners, wheat, soya, gluten, or corn.
