Suggested Use
Recommended Use: Rich in beta carotene, nutrients, vitamins, and minerals, Spirulina has existed for more than three billion years. In fact, it’s one of the oldest living organisms on earth, and considered by some, to be nature’s original superfood.
Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 2 - 8 capsules once per day. Start by taking 2 capsules daily with fruit, and then increase gradually to 8 capsules, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Drink plenty of water. Store in a cool, dry, dark area.
Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
