This comprehensive formula provides a guaranteed minimum of 7 billion colony forming units (cfu), including 3.8 billion cfu of Lactobacillus rhamnosus (R0011) and 0.2 billion cfu of Lactobacillus helvetica (R0052), a probiotic combination backed by over 20 years of research and 22 clinical studies. It has proven effective in reducing the risk of antibiotic-associated diarrhea (AAD) in children and adults, and people with IBS. This formula also includes 0.3 billion cfu of Bacillus subtilis (R0179) and 2.7 billion cfu of Enterococcus faecium (R0026) for further gastrointestinal support, specifically reducing the duration of diarrhea associated with IBS.

Helps support intestinal/gastrointestinal health. Helps to reduce the risk of antibiotic associated diarrhea in children older than 12 years of age.

Recommended Dose:

• Recommended adult dose: 1 capsule daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. If you are on antibiotics, take at least 2–3 hours before or after.

• Irritable bowel symptoms (adults): 1 capsule daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. If you are on antibiotics, take at least 2–3 hours before or after. Use for 1–4 weeks.

• Antibiotic associated diarrhea (children older than 12 years): 1 capsule 3 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. If you are on antibiotics, take at least 2–3 hours before or after. For use through the duration of antibiotic treatment.

Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain. If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g.,diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g., AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment) or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May contain soy and milk. Keep out of the reach of children.
