Suggested Use

Recommended Use: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve nervousness (calmative/sedative), and as a sleep aid in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to stress.

Recommended Dose (Adults): Take 1 mL 2-4 times per day. As a sleep aid, take one dose before bedtime.

Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness, within 2 hours of consumption. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.

Contra-Indications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs, and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have depression and/or related diseases. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).
