Description

Marula oil is light and fast-absorbing without a greasy after-feel. It is high in monounsaturated oleic acid, polyphenols, vitamin e, palmitic acid, protein, and minerals which lends to its emollient and nourishing qualities. Highly anti-oxidative and rich in monounsaturated fatty acids it's extremely useful for anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, and moisturizing purposes. Effectively softens the skin due to its hydrating and collagen producing qualities, it is a must for mature skin. Wonderful in hair formulas. A luxurious addition to leave-on products such as massage oils and face & hair preparations.

Extraction Method: Cold pressed, unrefined

Shelf Life: 1-2 years

Storage: Always keep tightly sealed in a cool, dark place. (Refrigeration is recommended where possible). Heat, oxygen, and light degrade the product. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Suggested Use

Can use at full strength (undiluted). It works particularly well in an 85-90% dilution with another oil that is more fluid, such as apricot, grapeseed or sweet almond oil.

Goes Well With: Blends and/or single note essential oils, CO2 extracts, and absolutes.
