Description
Elderberry Rooibos is an expressive blend of blueberries, elderberries, tart floral notes all finished with a well rounded rooibos tone.
Rooibos (Aspalathus linearis) is a shrub-like plant indigenous to South Africa. Rooibos means "red bush" in Afrikaans and it does indeed create a deep red cup of tisane. The processing of Rooibos is similar to that of black tea–it is picked fresh, crushed, oxidized until deep red, and carefully dried.

To Use:
HOT use 1 Tbsp
COLD use 2-3 Tbsp cool & serve over ice.
Steep at 205F for 5-7 minutes.
