Description
Lucuma is a fruit native to the Andean region of Peru. Commonly categorized as an "Egg Fruit" in English due to its dry yellow pulp, similar to the yolk of a boiled egg. Lucuma is considered to be Peru's number one and national flavour, due to its rich maple/vanilla like taste and its sweet aroma. Besides its great taste, Lucuma is also a source of fibre and other minerals which makes it a great addition to any recipe.
This package is full of goodness! Made from select raw materials and amazing processes. None of that GMO mumbo jumbo, no unpronounceable artificial ingredients (binders, excipients, preservatives, or artificial colouring or flavouring of any kind), and no use of irradiation or high heat.

AND FOOD PREPARATION.
Drinks: Try adding a teaspoon to your favourite smoothy or protein shake to enjoy a taste like no other.
Confectionery: Planning to bake? Don't forget to add some lucuma powder into your favourite desserts to add a great taste.
Food Preparation: Lucuma powder is also great for the preparation of sauces, and as an ingredient for other meals.
