Recommended Dose: Adults take 2 gummies per day with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or other natural health products.
Cautions & Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. To maintain product freshness keep bottle tightly closed. Do if seal is broken. Store at not use room temperature away from sun. Natural colours may darken over time, this does not affect the potency of the product. Since the honey gummies are not coated in sugar, they may stick together. Simply shake the bottle to loosen.
