Medium chain triglycerides from 100% coconut oil, lauric acid from DME coconut oil, and unrefined omega-3s from Canadian camelina oil all deliver healthy fats in each serving. This oil provides the perfect base for keto-friendly salad dressings, dips, and spreads.
Suggested Use
Suggested Use: Add to salad dressings, smoothies, oatmeal, and baking or take alone, starting with 1 teaspoon per day and building to 1 tablespoon 3 times per day. If taking on an empty stomach, be sure to start slowly and build to tolerated level to prevent stomach upset.
