Suggested Use
Recommended Use: Traditionally used in herbalism to help relieve cold and flu symptoms. Source of antioxidants for adults.
Recommended Dose:
Adults: 60 drops
14 to 17 y/o: 48 drops
10 to 13 y/o: 30 drops
5 to 9 y/o: 18 drops
2 to 4 y/o: 12 drops
Shake well before use.

Consult a healthcare practitioner if your symptoms persist or worsen. A diuretic effect may occur. Discontinue use in case of gastrointestinal upsets, such as abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENED. The product can be stored for 30 days in the refrigerator once opened. For a longer duration, we suggest you put a dose in an ice cube tray and fill with a little water for future use. Store ice cubes in the freezer. Do not use if the seal is broken. Shelf life: 30 days after opening.
