Suggested Use
Recommended Use:Used in herbal medicine to support the immune system and to help relieve joint pain associated with osteoarthritis and rheumatism.
Recommended Dose:(Adults):Take 1 to 2 capsules 3 times per day.

Known Adverse Reactions:Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as diarrhea and indigestion; in which case, discontinue use.
Contra-Indications:Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
