Suggested Use
Recommended Use: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive disturbances/dyspepsia, and as a digestive tonic and bitter to help stimulate appetite and aid digestion.
Recommended Dose (Adults): Take 1.5 - 3 mL 2-3 per day.
Recommended Duration of Use: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks.
Known Adverse Reactions: Hypersensitivity, headaches, nausea, or stomach complaints may occur, at which point, discontinue use.
Contra-Indications: Do not use if you are allergic to anethole or plants from the carrot family, or to acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other salicylates, or if you have acute stomach irritation, inflammation, and stomach or duodenal ulcers, or if you are pregnant.
