Description
Stimulate the production of digestive enzymes and boost nutrient absorption with our Herbal Bitters formula.
Suggested Use
Recommended Use: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to aid digestion and to help relieve flatulent dyspepsia. For occasional use only. If symptoms persist beyond 2 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
Recommended Dose (Adults): Take 4 mL, 3 - 4 times per day, 15-60 minutes before meals.
Known Adverse Reactions: May cause nausea or abdominal complaints, in which case discontinue use. See a doctor immediately if you develop dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeat, or difficulty breathing.
Contra-Indications: Do not use if you have an allergy to compositae or apiaceae, if you are pregnant, if you have a gastrointestinal obstruction, hypokalaemia, anemia, hyper- or hypotension, heart or cardiovascular, kidney, or liver disease, stomach problems, an allergy to salicylates, diabetes, edema, or if taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, or laxative stimulants.
Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or before use if you are breastfeeding, have an ulcer, gallstones, gallbladder disease, excess stomach acid, hemorrhagic disorder, asthma, constipation, gastrointestinal disorder, or iron deficiency anemia. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun or UV rays.
