Recommended Use: Used in herbal medicine to help improve mental and/or physical performance after periods of mental and/or physical exertion.
Recommended Dose: Recommended adult dose: 1 capsule 2 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.
