Suggested Use

Recommended Use: A special herbal blend to help address urinary complaints.

Recommended Dose: Adult women: Drink 1 cup of tea, once a day. Use 1 tablespoon of dried tea per cup (250 ml) of water. Take a few hours before or after taking medications. If you prefer a sweeter tasting tea, try adding stevia or a small amount of honey. Preparation instructions inside box.

Cautions & Warnings: Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a history of kidney stones and/or are taking blood thinners. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist.

Contra-Indications: Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take with highly acidic food (e.g. citrus fruits and juices) or with medications which may acidify urine. If you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics, do not use. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeat and/or difficulty breathing.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Marshmallow root dry, zea mays (cornsilk), lemon flavour, orange flavour. (Amounts based on a 1 tablespoon/4 gram serving size).
