Recommended Use: Traditionally used in Ayurveda as a sleep aid and/or to balance aggravated Vata (nervine). Traditionally used in Ayurveda for memory enhancement. Recommended Dose: Mix 1 tsp (6g/6000mg) of powder in warm or cold water.
