Suggested Use
Recommended Use: Source of fibre for gastrointestinal health. Source of fibre which helps ease constipation and helps assist proper bowel function. Helps lower cholesterol.
Recommended Dose: 6-12 years old: Take 1/2 tablespoon once a day. 12 years old and older: Take 1 tablespoon twice a day. Mix with 8-12oz of pure water or a beverage of your choice. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Cautions & Warnings: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use if hypersensitivity occurs. May cause abdominal pain, bloating, or flatulence. Store at room temperature 15 - 30 °C. Protect from moisture. Bottle opening sealed for package security.
