Description
L-Tyrosine is a precursor for the neurotransmitters, i.e. dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine, therefore contributes to mood, mental alertness and brain arousal.
Suggested Use
Recommended Use / Purpose: Helps decrease cognitive fatigue. For Occasional use only.
Recommended Dose: (As per Health Canada) 20 capsules (i.e. 10g) once or twice daily. Take on an empty stomach for best results, up to one hour before, or during periods of physical stress.
